Forbidden Fruit

I stopped at the Forbidden Fruit Winery in April and picked up a few bottles. We finished a bottle of the Adam's Apple this week so I thought I'd let you know about it. The Adam's Apple is a refreshingly dry apple table wine. I don't usually like non-grape wines but this one was dry and crisp.

The White Peach Dessert wine tastes exactly like a white peach. Peaches are my favourite fruit and I don’t like the flavour "reproduced" in anything. Again, this won me over and I could see myself sipping a bit of peach on a cold winter’s night. This bottle is in the cellar until then.

Located between Osoyoos and Keremeos, it's worth the stop if you're traveling on Highway 3. They'll also ship case lots.
